Culture Night in Galway
Some pics from Culture Night in Galway.
Starting off at 126, which is currently showing a graduate show titled, Who dares this pair of boots displace?
(from the 126 site; a show by six recent graduates from Galway & Mayo Institute of Technology and Limerick School of Art and Design. The new works, responding to the theme displaced, include drawing, sculpture and video. Considering their recent transition this exhibition provides a platform for new processes, dialogue and interaction.)
also at 126 was an information table and Aideen Barry for the proposed Féach Contemporary Visual Arts Centre.

ADAPT acquired a vacant space and converted it to a an exhibition. This bit was taken from their facebook page; Adapt Galway is a coalition of visual arts organisations. These groups are working together to create a united vision for the visual arts in Galway.
